BrushIQ aims to provide a smooth delivery experience worldwide. This Order Issues Policy explains how we handle delivery problems such as missing items, damaged packages, incorrect orders, and tracking concerns.

1. Tracking Not Updating
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.
In some cases, tracking may show limited movement while the package is in international transit or customs processing.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
2. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please check:

mailbox and surrounding delivery area

neighbors or household members

building reception, concierge, or mailroom
If the package cannot be located, contact the carrier directly and notify us within 48 hours of the delivery status update.
BrushIQ is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery confirmation, but we may assist in filing a carrier investigation where possible.
3. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

photos of the product damage

photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
If available, a short unboxing video may help support a carrier claim.
4. Missing Items
If your order arrives with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:

photos of everything received
-
photos of the packaging
Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If your order is split, tracking information may be sent separately.
5. Incorrect Items Received
If you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the received item and packaging.
We will review the case and provide a resolution.
6. Returned to Sender / Delivery Failure
Packages may be returned to sender due to:

incorrect or incomplete address

refusal of delivery

failure to claim the package

customs rejection or unpaid duties
